Enjoying the great outdoors

Had a great time just getting active outdoors today. Dropped my girlfriend off at school so that she can take her exam and figured that instead of heading home and backtracking to pick her up again later, I might as well stay on campus and find something to do. Walked into the field and my eyes couldn't stop raping the pull up bar that was about to become by lunch. Took my tank top and sandals off, dropped my phone and keys on the floor, and just started doing muscle ups, pull ups, acrobatic moves, and enjoying the nice weather. Can't wait to get that beach body for summer!

05/12/12

On April 21st I got my last 2 wisdom teeth pulled. For 6 days I was at a pretty bad calorie deficit. My mouth couldn't open all the way and it hurt to open and close my mouth because it felt like my stitches were cutting my gums. Unfortunately I didn't get dissovable stitches so I had to go back to the dentist 7 days after the extraction Picture of my Lat spread(not pumped) from 05/08/12. After the stitches were removed I still had to chew with only one side of my mouth and it took about 3 more days until I got my jaw to restore it's full range of motion. I lost appetite during this time because it was annoying and hard to eat. Literally took me about 2 hours sometimes to finish 1 meal. Anyway I don't have anymore teeth to remove so nothing can slow me down again! I was on a break for 11 days and just got back to gym last week. Now I'm on my 2nd week of gym again. Getting my strength back up to where it left off. Thinking about starting Wendler's 5/3/1 program to improve on strength. Watching Matt Ogus's progress has really had me leaning towards that program. Can't wait to see what will become of me in a year from now. :) Anyway here's an update photo of my lat spred(not pumped from 05/08/11.


Today's leg day. Going to log what I did after my leg workout which won't be till 8:30pm.
