Update photo 06/22/12

Random shot taken at my girlfriend's house. It's crazy to look back and realize that about 9 months ago I was a blob..although I haven't been making much progress as far as physique goes, I have at least improved my strength and maintained a decent level of leanness. I may not be the biggest or the strongest. But I'll be damned if I ain't training hard. I wish for the best to all you gym-goers. Stay consistent. S.E.T. - Sleep well, Eat clean, and Train hard!
